If the unthinkable happens and your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@sonalygandhi.com with the order number and photos of the damage. We will make things right by finding an acceptable solution. This may include repair, exchange, or in some cases, return of the product.
Please ensure that the artwork is in its original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived.
